A week in Lisbon

After so much time away form each other, we wanted to have special holidays to meet again. When we arrived at the Lisbon airport, we had to take a cab to the Costa Caparica. We did not want to take an hotel in city center of Lisbon because of the lack of beaches. We finally picked one hotel, sea front, on the Costa Caparica. We didn't expect it will be that far from Lisbon down town... We finally arrived to the Hotel and had time to visit the neighbourhood while waiting for our room. During monday and tuesday, we just stayed arround the Costa Caparica to enjoy the beach, the food and the sun... because it worthed it.

Monday the 23rd of April 2018

The Hotel we stayed in was the TRYP Costa Caparica Hotel: the view was insane. I never felt so awake and fresh every morning I woke up. I couldn't say asleep after 9 am, even after a short night. We had good times during those two days, being lazy all the time, having walks, and of course, food every three hours... Paradize. The first night, we ate Greek, don't ask why we would do that while we are in Portugal, I just felt like I missed that food for too long. The restaurant was really nice (i will leave all addresses of places we went during this week), front of the sea, and the waiter was way too funny.

Tuesday the 24th of April 2018

Next day, we went for a typical place to have a meal: the menu we took was named "Pao Com Chouriço y Sopa de Berzas". Honestly when I saw the all thing, I wasn't convinced, but really, one of the best discovery of that week : two kind of menus offered, bread and soup, plus drink and coffee for a very good price (around 4 euros, 5€ if you want to try the potato specialty and the cinnamon desert). It's a nice place for a quick lunch and also very close to the beach.
